1. No Returns or Exchanges Once an order is placed and served or picked up, it cannot be returned or exchanged. This is to ensure food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.

2. Order Verification We encourage all customers to verify their orders at the time of delivery or pickup. Please check the items received and notify our staff immediately in case of any issues.

3. Incorrect or Missing Items If you receive an incorrect item or if something is missing from your order, please inform us immediately. We will do our best to rectify the error promptly.

4. Refunds Refunds may only be considered in exceptional cases such as:

  • Wrong item delivered

  • Undelivered prepaid orders

  • Verified quality issues reported at the time of service

All refund requests must be made within 1 hour of receiving the order, along with proof of purchase (bill/receipt).
